Students in grades 7-12 have the opportunity to try-out and participate on the Elite teams throughout the year. Teams are divided into two age groups: Junior team (Grades 7-9) and Senior team (Grades 10-12). These Elite teams will participate in games and tournaments in Surabaya and within Indonesia. A tournament will be held at Sekolah Ciputra for each sport during their respective season.

In order to give student-athletes the ability to participate in a multitude of sports, the sports are divided into three seasons.
