The program was an excellent opportunity for our teams who had an interest in the field of sustainability and were keen on learning more about sustainable practices, as well as developing solution-oriented projects to tackle sustainability-related challenges in their communities. All participants received certificates from Harvard Undergraduate Clean Energy Group and Learn with Leaders.
From the 16th April this is what our teams did:
- Attended seminars by HUCEG on the most pressing issues in Sustainability
- After attending seminars, submitted Solutions on one of the three competition theme
- They were then Shortlisted for the Semi-finals where they continued to present their solutions against 25 teams.
- They then got through to the Finals against 9 other teams and they received project mentorship from Harvard mentors to prepare for this.
What Did the Students Gain?

Received participation certificates from Learn with Leaders and Harvard Undergraduate Clean Energy Group (HUCEG)

As one of the top 3 teams each of our teams received a prize of USD 1,000, as well as mentoring to take their business solution to execution.
